Asphalt Labourer | Civil Field Worker Level 3

About the Role

You will balance physical labor with oversight, ensuring our contractors meet high standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Civil Construction: Perform concreting, drainage, road maintenance, steel fixing, and formwork.
• Site Supervision: Conduct on-site audits of contractors for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Technical Skills: Interpret construction drawings and operate Council machinery safely.
• Reporting: Document daily activities and escalate site issues to the relevant Inspector.
• Safety First: Maintain a "zero harm" mindset by following all WHS procedures and reporting hazards immediately.

You are a team player who can read a blueprint one minute and jump into the trenches the next. You take pride in quality workmanship and have a sharp eye for safety compliance.
